When you create a Kikit account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Not create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• Not share or transfer your account to another person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

You agree NOT to use Kikit to:

• Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or threaten any person
• Post or share illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Engage in hate speech, discrimination, or promote violence
• Share sexually explicit or inappropriate content
• Solicit money or engage in commercial activities without permission
• Spam other users with unsolicited messages
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise App security
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and we may report illegal activities to law enforcement.

Kikit offers virtual coins that can be purchased using real money through in-app purchases. These coins can be used to:

• Send virtual gifts to other users
• Unlock premium features (if applicable)
• Boost your profile visibility

Important Terms for Coins:

• Non-Refundable: All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
• No Real-World Value: Coins have no monetary value outside of Kikit and cannot be exchanged for cash by the purchaser.
• No Transfer: Coins cannot be transferred between accounts or sold to other users.
• Account Termination: If your account is suspended or terminated, unused coins will be forfeited.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify coin prices at any time without prior notice.

Users can send virtual gifts purchased with coins to other users. Recipients of gifts receive "Diamonds" which have unique properties:

How Gifts Work:

• Sender purchases coins and uses them to buy virtual gifts
• Gifts are sent to other users as tokens of appreciation or interest
• Recipients automatically receive diamonds based on the gift value
• Diamonds accumulate in the recipient's account

Diamond Conversion Rate:

• The conversion rate between coins, gifts, and diamonds is determined by Kikit and displayed in the app
• Conversion rates may vary and are subject to change
• Not all gifts have the same diamond value

Diamond Restrictions:

• Diamonds cannot be converted back into coins
• Diamonds cannot be sent to other users
• Diamonds can only be withdrawn as cash (see Withdrawal Terms)
• Kikit reserves the right to revoke diamonds obtained through fraudulent means

One of Kikit's unique features is the ability to convert accumulated diamonds into real money and withdraw to your bank account. The following terms apply:

Eligibility Requirements:

• You must be 18+ years old with a verified account
• You must have a minimum diamond balance to initiate withdrawal (see app for current minimum)
• Your account must be in good standing (no violations or suspensions)
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) as required by law
• You must link a valid bank account or payment method

Withdrawal Process:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-10 business days
• Transaction fees may apply (displayed before confirming withdrawal)
• Withdrawal limits may apply based on your account level and verification status
• We reserve the right to reject suspicious or fraudulent withdrawal requests
• Funds are transferred in your local currency based on current exchange rates

Tax Responsibility:

• You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on earnings from diamond withdrawals.
• Kikit may report earnings to tax authorities as required by law
• Consult with a tax professional regarding your obligations

Fraud Prevention:

• Attempting to manipulate or game the system is strictly prohibited
• Creating fake accounts to send gifts to yourself will result in permanent ban
• Colluding with other users to fraudulently generate diamonds is prohibited
• We use advanced fraud detection systems to monitor suspicious activity

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post on Kikit (photos, messages, profile information). However, by posting content, you grant Kikit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

Kikit Content: All App features, design, branding, logos, and proprietary content are owned by Kikit and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

No Guarantees: Kikit does not guarantee that you will find a match, romantic relationship, or earn any specific amount through diamond withdrawals.

User Verification: While we implement verification measures, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of all users. Exercise caution and use your best judgment.

Service Availability: We provide the App "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We may suspend or terminate services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

Third-Party Links: Kikit may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kikit and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• User conduct or interactions with other users
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Errors, bugs, or service interruptions

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Kikit shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kikit in the 12 months prior to the claim.

By You: You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your profile will be removed, though some data may be retained as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

By Kikit: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Termination may result in loss of coins and diamonds.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kikit operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Kikit shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of Kikit after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
